sleeper sofa. It is a tad discolored from age, but it is in good condition and comfy. We have a microfiber cover on it.

seating surface is 68" wide x 22 deep and 18" to top of cushions.
arms are about 28" off floor
back is about 33" off floor
total depth 35"
total width 92"

good for garage sofa or rec room sofa
