Like new - excellent condition! The label instructs that the appropriate uses of this item are bassinet, play yard (playpen), or portable crib. It pops up and snaps into place. Has a mattress pad with fitted sheet that is used in either playpen or bassinet mode. Includes carry bag and full instructions. IMPORTANT - one of the cross bars to turn it into a bassinet is missing. You will see a photo of the bar and the instruction sheet that includes replacement part costs.
