In our home for 1 year. 1 small area that was damaged by delivery service (pictured) area is about the size of a pinky nail and not super noticeable. Great and comfortable piece for your home, kids new home, college apartment, VRBO, etc. asking 40% of retail. Excellent condition and is 2 pieces for easy transport. Pick up asap is preferred.
