Selmi Top EX A-1400X Chocolate Tempering Machine. Made in 2018. The 2nd largest of the Selmi automatic tempering machines, the Top EX is designed with industrial and large artisan chocolatiers in mind, and is required to operate the larger cooling tunnels and automatic bar molding line. This machine features a removable pump screw system making switching between different chocolates easier. The Top EX is ideal for operating other Selmi equipment like the enrobing attachment, cooling tunnels, mold loader, and shell molding line. • Easily expandable for larger industrial sized attachments, including 16? wide Enrober, Automatic Bar Line and Cooling Tunnel. Removable Pump Screw for easy cleaning. Tempers 132 lbs (60 kg) of chocolate in 14 minutes. Equipped with heated vibrating table. Calibratable volumetric dispensing.
