Also includes access to excellent laundromat, nature trails, rec room, fishing in our private lake and swimming pool (during season). Single person occupancy, no smoking, minimum 6 month lease. 1 small pet considered (dogs under 15 lbs). Must have a valid DL or ID and pass background check.
